Individual Development Account Program
The CCRA is starting a matched savings program to provide residents of the Central CRA redevelopment district opportunities to develop their small businesses or obtain additional education. Interested individuals should enroll by February 1st.

Holiday Snowflake Lights in CCRA District
The Central CRA purchased holiday snowflake lights for the Martin Luther King Avenue East and 13th Avenue East corridors in Bradenton. This is the first year that these streets have had holiday lighting. We invite you to take a drive or stroll down these streets to experience the stunning effect in person.
