The Central Community Redevelopment Agency is excited to announce that a new grocery store is coming to central Bradenton. We are excited that this store will bring jobs for residents in construction and retail, fresh food for residents of central Bradenton and the downtown, and retail in the attached retail as part of the urban format grocery store. We anticipate that this beautifully designed and landscaped plaza will spur economic development in the surrounding neighborhoods, and become a catalyst for growth as grocery developments have done in other communities. This project will become a gateway into the City of Bradenton.

On February 15, 2012 at 2PM, the Central CRA is having a town hall meeting about the new proposed urban format grocery store located in central Bradenton at 13th Avenue West and 1st Street W.
